Tara Elliott

Tara Elliott is an associate with the firm. She focuses her practice on civil litigation. She has represented clients pursuing and/or defending against a variety of claims, such as fraud and regulatory violations.

Representative Matters:

Laboratory Representation: Ms. Elliott represents a laboratory in connection with investigations underway by the New Jersey Office of the Comptroller.

Internal Investigation: Ms. Elliott represents a New York company in connection with credit card fraud perpetrated upon it by a vendor.

State v. Client: Ms. Elliott is a member of the firm’s defense team for a physician facing criminal RICO and health care claims fraud charges.

In re Sheriff Officer: Ms. Elliott successfully petitioned the Division of Pension and Benefits to have our client admitted into Police and Fireman Retirement System.
